The new community centre built near the Pearsall Primary School and shopping centre on Willespie Drive, Pearsall will provide a place for the Pearsall and Hocking communities to gather and interact for a range of activities.
The $3.35 million modern facility includes a big function room, a medium sized meeting room, 4 medium sized offices, a kitchen, an activity room and has been fitted with showers, change rooms and bicycle parking racks.
Some of the events coming up at the centre include a psychic evening and a four-week cooking class.
