Ahn and Gemma have been amazing in managing my son's toe issue. Being a type 1 diabetic brings it challenges,. especially in regards to feet. With their assistance he is finally been able to be pain free, off antibiotics after 6 weeks and happy to go outside again without being in pain. Will definitely keep going for regular check up once treatment is finished! 100% recommend FITfeet!!

I had the ingrown toenail surgery with Stefan. I cannot explain in enough words how grateful I am for his professional work. I’ve had 4 previous surgeries on them by a GP, and the effort and precision by Stefan was amazing. I hardly experienced any pain in the procedure or recovery, where I’ve had to previously take a week off work to recover. I cannot recommend FitFeet enough.

I highly recommend Gemma at Fitfeet Wanneroo, she is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and takes into consideration your lifestyle when looking at treatments. I have been seeing Gemma regularly since I sustained a plantar fascia tear several years ago which she treated. Recently I have had issue with an ingrown toenail & rather than have nail surgery Gemma suggested "Onyfix". What a great result we have had, after 12 weeks no more toe pain and the toenail is starting to straighten up. Simple 30 minute non surgical procedure with application of "Onyfix" to my toenail, no down time and was able to carry on doing all my usual activities. Very pleased with the result and no nail surgery required - great suggestion by Gemma.

My 13yo son was in so much pain with a very swollen toe. Gemma didn’t hesitate to see him at such short notice and even staying overtime. I initially thought he had an ingrown nail but Gemma soon discovered he had an infection/abscess. My son has a needle phobia and I was surprised how he trusted Gemma to use the scalpel on his painful toe. Gemma gently managed to drain the abscess; she was very gentle and reassuring all the way through. He is feeling so much better already! Thank you Gemma x

I came in with concerns on management of my imbalance and flat feet- as a young health care worker and train hypertrophy workouts regularly, I wanted to manage the health of my feet. I also experienced nerve pain in my left leg as previous trainers weren’t able to compensate for it and an injury sustained as a child.I was hesitant at first because the thought of orthotics at the age of 24 made me feel like it was a longer road to recovery.Gemma, the lovely podiatrist, examined me and consulted me with the concerns at hand. She demonstrated in layman’s terms so I could understand, the anatomy of how and why I’m feeling pain- a sciatic nerve pain to be exact. As someone who is in the medical field, I’m a big believer of minimally invasive treatment.She prescribed me just that, with exercises to strengthen my hamstrings and calves to allow more balance in BOTH legs and to create a better form and foundation for my flat feet to adjust. and also referred me onto Dr. Saba, the lovely chiropractor next door- to work on my balance and flexibility in my spine to allow my left leg to lengthen (it was also seen that it was 1cm shorter than my right!). Now, when I train, I no longer feel the nerve pain and better foundation/ awareness of foot and spinal health. I also do not have to wear orthotics! Which was a bonus.I believe that Gemma and Saba delivered a specific tailored management system for me and much more. Their ability to explain the issue at hand with full comprehension and treatment offered is a skill that I only see in successful medical practitioners.

I’ve had so much pain/discomfort with my toenail for years and was to embarrassed to seek help, but it came to a point I had enough and I wanted to get it sorted out. I looked around for podiatrists and I came across FITFEET podiatry Wanneroo and I’m so glad I found them, I saw Gemma and she was amazing, clearly explained all my opinions, she was so professional and helpful and made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. I can now finally say that I don’t live in constant pain anymore, thank you so much and I really appreciate everything you have done to help me. Highly recommend FITFEET.

Had Nail Surgery today for an ingrown toenail. I must confess I was very apprehensive going in to have this done. Gemma was so reassuring and talked me through the whole process. Slight discomfort when the local anaesthetic was put in but then no pain at all. It was no where near as bad as what I had thought it would be. If you need to have this process done definitely go to Fitfeet Wanneroo.

I was very nervous about visiting Gemma from my previous experiences with other podiatrists. I had been seeing another podiatrist interstate prior to my arrival to Perth for a holiday, last visit 2 weeks prior to my arrival. Since arriving in Perth the issue with my ingrown toenail once again flared up. Being the holiday season, it was extremely difficult to secure an appointment anywhere, fortunately enough I was put on the waitlist at FitFeet. The next business day I had a phone call to get an appointment that day which I attended. Gemma was fabulous, she put me at ease immediately with her professional knowledge and her calm and gentle manner. Her expertise in the handling of my very painful and infected toe was first class, could not have received better quality care. Gemma was able to accommodate me with a follow up appointment so she could perform a procedure to stop ongoing issues with my toe. After months of many painful appointments I can't believe how painless and straightforward this procedure ended up being.I cannot recommend Gemma highly enough.

Gemma is professional friendly and always treat you like a friend and not a patient with a number like other doctors. Gemma is a real deal genuinely kind very understanding and considerate on a one to one basis and extremely good at what she does with many years of experience.
